The customer service at this location is absolutely amazing! Reagan took the time to discuss food options for our rescue (that we just brought home) to help him put on some much needed weight. She explained why she recommended them and helped us come to the right decision until we get him to the vet. She also recommended a topical treatment for the wounds on his ears. She and Jacob helped us carry and load all of the items we purchased into our car so we could safely load our two dogs into the car without trying to juggle 40lbs of dog food, dog bed, toys and a case of canned food. They insisted on helping us even though it was time for them to close. They never made us feel rushed and were so helpful with the best attitudes and smiles. We will continue to go to this location as long as they are open. Thank you again Reagan and Jacob! You guys are the best!!!

I’ve been taking my furry friends to Jessie at Chaar Grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Jessie is incredibly skilled and efficient. My dogs, molly and jax, always look and smell amazing after their grooming sessions. The attention to detail and care provided by Jessie is top-notch. Plus, the fast service means less stress for both me and my dogs. I highly recommend Jessie for your entire dog grooming needs. Fantastic Experience at Chaar Trexlertown! I recently took my dog to Chaar Trexlertown for a bath and nail trim, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The groomer did a truly great job; my dog looked and smelled wonderful, and their nails were perfectly trimmed. Beyond the excellent service, I was very pleased to find their pricing to be fairly priced. It's refreshing to receive such high-quality care without breaking the bank. I will definitely be back for future grooming needs and would highly recommend Chaar Trexlertown to any pet owner looking for top-notch service and great value!

Jessie is amazing with my cat, Leo. I was even given some samples of hard food to help stop the ear gunk. Which he loves by the way! Thank you so much for helping and taking care of him!

Jessie is amazing!!! She was able to trim the nails of Tank the pug and keep him calm the whole time. Tank is notorious for hating his nails touched. We gave up on pet stores (as many groomers were unable to handle Tank) & started having the veterinarian trim his nails. We saw a sign about a new pet store in Trexlertown called “Charr”, and we decided to give a pet groomer one more try. Jessie had the situation completely under control and really calmed tank. Her professionalism and level of expertise is impressive and it is incredibly apparent that she loves animals. She is a living St Francis!!! Thank you Jessie 🐾

Nail trims always seem to be $50+ every time lol no, Brittany is incredible with all 3 of our dogs, including my reactive GSD. The prices are great! Its only so much because I always end up shopping and spending more than I should hahaha

I have never taken my husky (Nova) or my pomsky (Loki) to a groomer because they get too stressed out just riding in a car! But I was finally tired of all the hair everywhere and decided to try the new Chaar. Jessie did the most amazing job on both of them. She not only did a great grooming but she made sure that my dogs were comfortable and not scared! I will never go to any place else with my babies! I will always hit Jessie up when it's time for a groom or nail trim!

Wow wow wow. Wasn’t really sure what to expect when walking in here looking for dog food for the first time, but I am so glad we made the trip. Absolutely blown away - not only by the selection of quality products but also by the knowledgeable staff. We went in thinking we were above needing help and it took just 5 minutes of talking with an associate to realize we’d be forever grateful for her guidance on food. Thanks to her suggestions and knowledge we navigated food allergies with ease. And don’t even get me started on the absolutely beautiful dog sweaters and coats they carry. Everything is an incredible level up from typical chain stores and the quality shows in every nook and cranny of that shop… Including the grooming and spa treatments. (The cutest little dachshund was going in for a mud bath to help his itchy skin and coat while we were there!) What an eye opener of a trip. It will definitely be a forever stop for us. Chaar is truly one of the best places you can shop for your dog. The quality of their products is unmatched, and everything they carry feels thoughtfully chosen with pets’ health and safety in mind. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and patient, even the groomers go above and beyond. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals and the people who love them.

I'm a first time indoor cat owner. As a child my sister had outdoor cats, but then again we were outdoor kids so I spent a lot of time with them! Jess was quick and gentle; quick being key! My kitten (6mos.), Cricket had his nails trimmed recently. He actually appears happier having them trimmed. He doesn't get caught up on things now! I highly recommend! For $13 out-the-door it was money well spent! I plan to come back every 3-4 weeks to keep them in check.
